Jenna has experience in complex commercial litigation and associated investigations, with a focus on corporate insolvency, fraud, professional negligence and asset recovery.

She has advised and represented clients in winding up and liquidator appointment applications, as well as court and arbitration proceedings arising out of major corporate collapses, including claims of professional negligence against auditors, breaches of duties against directors, and fraud and misappropriation of assets against directors and third party recipients. She has also worked on taxation related matters concerning the recovery of provisional liquidators’ professional fees and assisted victims of cyber fraud and scam cases in the recovery of assets.
